Refund policy
Last updated: June 12, 2026
BidSheet Cloud is built so you shouldn't need a refund: the desktop app is free, and the cloud service starts with a 30-day free trial that doesn't ask for a card. You'll know whether it's worth $20/month before you ever pay. That said:
First charge: 14-day money-back
If you subscribe and change your mind, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full. No questions, no forms.
Renewals
You can cancel anytime from the app's billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and you keep service until then. Renewal charges aren't automatically refundable, but if a renewal caught you by surprise (you meant to cancel, or you stopped using the service), email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right.
Billing errors
Duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, and any other billing mistakes are refunded in full, always. Tell us and we'll fix it.
Statutory rights
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, including EU/UK withdrawal rights, which Paddle honors as the seller of record.
How to request a refund
Email support@bidsheet.co from your account address, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. Refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
What happens to your data
A refund ends the subscription. Your local data is unaffected (the free app keeps working in full), and synced data remains downloadable during the wind-down period described in the terms of service.
